- The challenge runs for 30 days, 1 to 30 September.
- Complete your daily movement and log it. Your Apple Health activity syncs straight in.
- Watch your city climb the board as everyone logs their days.

- Join your city's group: Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Whangarei and more.
- The EVERYONE feed is where the whole challenge shows up. Post a photo, drop a message, back each other.
- City and EVERYONE group chats keep the crew close for all 30 days.

- The YK Notice Board keeps you across every drop, check-in and callout.
- Share your progress with a YK MOVE card: your photo, our overlay.
