Want to track several health goals at once? Water, walking, sitting too long, exercise, daylight, resting your eyes, getting ready for bed — what comes first? Let todayOS use the current context to give you the action reminder that fits best.
No progress chasing, no data dashboard, no streak pressure. Instead, widgets, Apple Watch faces, and the Mac menu bar quietly remind you of the next action.
todayOS deeply integrates with Apple Health and Apple Watch. Based on the health data you authorize, your routine, weather, and screen use, it helps choose the action reminder most worth doing now.
The main screen shows the current sky, hinting at time passing. The clock can switch to a bedtime countdown, reminding you to make the most of today.
todayOS is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment plan, or streak tracker. It is a quieter way to remind you of the most useful action right now.
Upgrade to todayOS+ for iCloud sync, weather display, health intelligence, meal or shower reminders, deeper customization and schedule preferences, and full Watch app and macOS app features.
