Tinnitus Trainer helps you understand and relieve your tinnitus symptoms. Sleep with less disruption. Return to reading, work, and conversation with more focus. Know what to do when a difficult spike arrives.
Tinnitus Trainer is a personalized 60-day program for people who want practical support with ringing ears. It combines short daily training, calibrated background sound, attention exercises, and clear night tools in one structured plan.
Start with a detailed assessment of how tinnitus affects your sleep, concentration, daily activity, and mood. Your answers shape the order of lessons and exercises.
What you get:
• a practical daily plan that fits the time you choose
• calibrated sound support at your mixing point, without completely covering tinnitus
• guided attention training for reading, work, and conversations
• a low-light night plan for slow or interrupted sleep
• a three-minute response for difficult spikes
• gradual quiet practice and tools for reducing monitoring habits
• progress measured through sleep, focus, and attention rather than sound intensity
Your questionnaire answers and training progress are stored on your device.
Tinnitus Trainer provides education and self-guided training. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. Seek prompt medical care for sudden hearing loss, a sudden one-sided change, or new pulsatile tinnitus.
