TalentNext is the official mobile application for candidates taking secure, remote-proctored assessments administered/facilitated by MeritTrac. Candidates receive a unique assessment invitation link from their exam coordinator or employer. Opening that link in the TalentNext app launches a secure assessment environment with:
Camera and microphone monitoring during the assessment session (where applicable)
Secure screen recording capabilities to help maintain assessment integrity
Screen security controls to help protect assessment content from unauthorized capture
Location verification when required by the assessment organizer
A controlled assessment environment designed to minimize distractions
TalentNext is used exclusively for scheduled assessments. You will need a valid assessment invitation link from your organization to begin. This app does not host a public catalog of tests; it is a secure delivery from MeritTrac's remote proctoring platform. For support, visit: https://merittrac.com/talentnext-support/
