Walk more. Scroll less.
Stepsy turns your daily steps into screen time. Pick the apps that waste your time, set a step goal, and Stepsy blocks them until you've earned your minutes by walking.
HOW IT WORKS
- Block: Choose which apps to lock (social media, video, games)
- Walk: Hit your daily step goal tracked through Apple Health
- Unlock: Earn screen time in 15-minute blocks as you walk
Every step counts. The more you move, the more time you earn.
FEATURES
- Step-Based Unlocking: Earn screen time by walking, tracked via HealthKit
- App Blocking: Lock any app on your phone using Apple's Screen Time API
- Streaks: Daily streak tracking with streak-at-risk reminders so you don't lose momentum
