Meet Skyback
Booked a flight and the fare dropped? Skyback helps you turn eligible post-purchase price drops into airline credits—without spreadsheets, manual checks, or inbox syncing.
How It Works
1. Forward your confirmation — Send your flight receipt to your secure Skyback address (no inbox sync).
2. We monitor in real time — Skyback tracks fares after purchase and flags qualifying drops based on airline policies.
3. Capture your credit — Get a clear notification and step-by-step guidance to request a credit (with links, templates, or autofill where supported).
4. See your wins — A simple Savings Dashboard shows credits you’ve captured over time.
Pricing & Access
- Skyback requires a paid subscription to use. The free download installs the app; all functionality—including monitoring, price-drop alerts, and the Savings Dashboard—requires an auto-renewing subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription outside the app in your Apple ID account settings: on iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or open the App Store app, tap your profile, then Subscriptions.
- Skyback does not buy or sell airline credits; we notify you of potential opportunities and provide guidance based on airline policies.
Why Travelers Choose Skyback
- Email-forwarding simplicity — No password sharing, no inbox access required.
- 24/7 monitoring — Continuous checks for post-purchase drops.
- Clear savings view — Know exactly what you’ve recovered.
- Privacy-first — Minimal data collection; purpose-built for receipts.
- Built for direct bookings — Best results when you book with major US airlines that allow post-purchase credits.
Works With Major Airlines
Supports credit opportunities with airlines that permit post-purchase price adjustments or travel credits (e.g., Delta, United, American, Alaska). Eligibility varies by fare class, rules, routes, and timing. Basic economy and certain discounted fares are commonly excluded.
Who It’s For

Privacy & Security
- No inbox sync — You control what you forward.

Notes on Eligibility
- Credits depend on airline policy, fare rules, and timing.
- Some airlines require you to submit a claim or change; Skyback provides instructions and links.
- Credits are not guaranteed; policies change and fares fluctuate.
