Rflect is reflection made simple, meaningful, and mobile. Designed for students, trusted by universities.
In a fast-moving world, it’s easy to rush from task to task without pausing to think about what really matters. Rflect helps you slow down, connect with yourself, and make sense of your learning journey wherever you are.
With the Rflect App, you can reflect anytime and anywhere:
Create personal or guided reflections, create and monitor your learning goals and actions, and keep track of your progress directly from your phone. In class, on the train, or between moments that matter. Stay organised and focused with push notifications so you never miss a reflection or deadline.
Key features:
• Access your learning journey on the go
• Create private reflections
• Complete peer and self-assessments
• Define learning goals and actions
• Receive push notifications for deadlines
• Track your progress over time
• Safe, secure, and ad-free
Please note that Rflect is available only to students whose university holds an active Rflect license. Learning journeys are created and managed by lecturers or program coordinators. If your university already uses Rflect, you will receive access directly through your lecturer.

Rflect makes personal development tangible. It helps lecturers integrate reflection and metacognitive skills into existing curricula without adding complexity while students gain awareness and direction. Launched in 2023, Rflect is already used by over 35 universities and 5’000 students across Europe.
The future belongs to those who keep learning.
