This is a parking enforcement and security reporting tool used by property managers, patrol companies and towing companies.
Features:
+. Plate, permit and space number lookup with all details
+ Vehicle logging with “Reliant Intelligence” to determine “Next
step” for the enforcer. (Ticket, Finsl Warning, Tow)
+ Photos and notes upload in realtime and provide clients with
instant access to this data
+. Entries added through app to create activity list and email
notifications.
+ App works in both online and offline mode
User can navigate to the property either in offline or online mode. Inside the property, the user can search for a plate number, permit number and space number. In addition, there is a “Tow” and “No Tow” list to allow for better enforcement. Residents can order instant guest and resident permits which become immediately searchable.
User can log a plate number or permit number to determine if this vehicle has been cited before and what the next action will be. No need for paper tracking anymore. Reliant will create a log to track with photos the prior notices given to a vehicle.
User can create new entries, by selecting the new entry option from side menu and entering all the location and entry details. If an entry is created against a registered vehicle, a resident alert is sent to the resident.
