Stop Guessing. Start Swinging like a Pro.
Consistent tempo is the #1 secret of professional golfers. Studies show that almost all tour pros—regardless of their swing style—adhere to a precise 3:1 swing ratio (Backswing is exactly 3x longer than Downswing).
ProTempo is the modern golf metronome that helps you engrain this perfect rhythm into your muscle memory.
ProTempo is designed for modern iOS and Apple Watch, bringing you a premium experience without the monthly subscription.
