ParkinsonPod

ParkinsonPod is music specially composed for Walking. Captivating music with a very clear rhythm. Made in different music genres: marches, pop, pop-rock, and funk as well as a drum groove. Made in 4 tempos: 102, 107, 114, and 120 (indicates how many steps you walk per minute). From experience, most people can find a suitable walking pace within one of these 4 groups. All numbers start with a count of 1-2-1-2 - here the tempo is set. The app is updated 1-2 times a year with new music tracks. Th
