A heart-rate gauge shows exactly where you sit against the target zone, segment countdowns show what's left, and distinct haptics tell you when to push and when to ease off — no glancing required. Pause when you need to, lock the screen against rain, and finish with a clean summary.
LET THE MUSIC PACE YOU (OPTIONAL)
Start an Adaptive Mix and Pancake curates songs on the fly using on-device intelligence: your taste, your plan, and your live heart rate. Running hot in an easy zone? The mix eases you down. Fading in a hard interval? Something with drive shows up next. The queue refreshes as you run, every song is verified playable before it enters the queue, and nothing repeats mid-run. Adaptive Mix is optional and requires an Apple Music subscription; every other feature works without it.
