About

Overlood is a workout tracker built around two things: logging that stays out of your way, and progress you can actually read. Everything you build is unlimited and free: custom exercises, routines, full programs. No cap at five, no paid tier waiting behind the sixth. You log mid-workout, so that's the part we made fast. Weight, reps, effort if you track it. The rest timer runs itself. Personal records update the moment you beat them. Switching from another app: import your history from Hevy or Strong and keep your records intact. What comes back is more than a list. Progress charts per exercise, your records over time, and a muscle map that shows what you've been training and what you've been avoiding. No social feed, no follower counts, no ads. Your training data is private to your account, stored in the EU, and yours to export as CSV or JSON whenever you want.
