MEGAHARN is a mobile game played outdoors in nature. Players play tag, chasing each other across large areas. Players are shown on a map within a game zone that shrinks over time. The game is a mix of tag and hide-and-seek over a large area.
In MEGAHARN, one player starts as "it." A player is tagged when their phone is near the phone of the player who is "it." When a player is tagged, both become "it" and continue chasing until only one player remains.
The game is designed so that players stay aware of their surroundings, not the screen. The map follows you automatically, and important alerts are delivered through sound and vibration — so you can run, hide, and navigate with your eyes up. The physical play is combined with familiar gaming elements like powerups that appear on the map.
