NEVER BREWED BEFORE?
Four recipes come ready to go, amounts and units already filled in. Pick one, and
a step-by-step guide takes you from sweet tea to your first pour.. including
what's normal to see floating in the jar, and what isn't.
KNOW WHEN IT'S READY
Start a brew, set the days, get a nudge when it's time to taste. No more finding
vinegar in the back of the cabinet!
TASTE AS YOU GO
Day four: too sweet. Day eight: perfect. Jot it down, dated, right on the jar.
That's how you learn your craft.
RATE IT, THEN REPEAT IT
Five stars, from "poured it away" to "brew this again." Winners land in your recipe
book with their ingredients intact. Two taps to brew it again.
IS THAT MOLD?
Fourteen guides answer what brewers frequently ask, including that one.
First batch through second ferment, plainly written, no lecture.
