Know what you have, where it is, and your take home profits at a glance. Inventory Now tracks every item from purchase to sale — barcode scanning, real-time team sync, Square checkout, and true profit after expenses. Built for resellers, small shops, and any team managing stock across locations.
SCAN ANYTHING — Use your camera or an external scanner to find or add items instantly. Generate your Barcodes and SKUs. WIth Smart Scan: snap a photo and we'll create the item for you, with a suggested retail price.
SELL AND GET PAID — Create orders and take payments. Accept in-person payments through Square Point of Sale and Tap to Pay. Track order status, customer details, refunds and returns. Send professional invoices and receipts in seconds.
KNOW YOUR REAL PROFIT — Track unit cost and auto-calculate sale prices and margins. Log expenses so your profit numbers are real. See inventory value, sales, and profit at a glance.
WORK AS A TEAM — Sync across devices and team members, so everyone sees the same stock. Run stocktake sessions together: scan what's on the shelf, reconcile against what the system says, and review the report as the numbers come together.
CONNECT YOUR CHANNELS — Sync with Shopify. Push listings to eBay with one click and track the orders that come back. Send expenses and revenue to QuickBooks.
NEVER RUN OUT — Get notified when stock dips low. Inventory Now estimates days of stock remaining and lets you set your own reorder thresholds by quantity or lead time.
ORGANIZE IT YOUR WAY — Name, category, subcategory, UPC, SKU, location, images, notes, and custom fields. Add variants and track quantities across multiple locations. Sort, filter, and search to find anything instantly. Move data in and out with CSV import and export. Use Average cost basis for first-in-first-out cost calculations.
EVERYWHERE YOU WORK — Use it on iPhone, iPad, MacOS and any device with a web browser. Your data is backed up automatically and can be restored at any time.
