Built for distributors and warehouse teams, inSitu Inventory turns sales orders into interactive picklists, then into packlists—complete with packing slips and labels—for a fully digital warehouse experience.
Interactive Picklists & Packlists
Turn approved orders into picklists, scan barcodes (Zebra, SocketMobile, Honeywell) or enter manually, then generate packlists with labels and slips when ready to ship.
Bin Locations, Lot & Expiration Tracking
Locate inventory precisely with support for multiple bin locations, lot numbers, and expiry dates.
Barcode-Enabled Accuracy
Scan products with compatible scanners, track quantities in real time, and prevent pick errors.
Inbound & Transfer Management
Generate receipts on incoming purchase orders (including lot/expiration details), and transfer stock across warehouses/location bins.
Cycle Counting & Inventory Audits
Create custom cycle counts, assign to pickers, and track live progress for ongoing stock accuracy.
Wi-Fi Printer Support
Print packing slips and shipping labels via Brother or Zebra printers—available as PDFs or physical printouts.
