• Use a checklist to keep each record organised.
• Complete a record to make its contents read-only and check stored files with SHA-256.
• Create an English or Turkish PDF in A4 or Letter format, even offline.
• Share the PDF or export stored photo files with a manifest.
Your records stay in the app’s local storage unless you choose to share or export them. There is no account, advertising, subscription, analytics, backend, or cloud sync. BeforeNote is a one-time purchase.
BeforeNote uses the device clock and available file metadata. It does not independently verify when or where a photo was taken. SHA-256 is a file-integrity check, not notarisation or a guarantee that a report will be accepted in a dispute. Keep appropriate backups of important records and exported files.
