GYMNASIUM is an iPhone workout notebook designed to help you follow a strength-training programme and keep a clear record of your progress. Your workouts and history remain available offline, without creating an account.
TRAIN AT YOUR OWN PACE
Follow a programme with three strength sessions and two stationary-bike sessions. Start any session on the day you choose, consult illustrated exercises and adjust your sets as you train.
KEEP A DETAILED TRAINING LOG
Record loads, repetitions, durations and notes. Add or remove sets, track each side for unilateral movements and review previous workouts. Switch between kilograms and pounds to suit your preferences.
TIMERS THAT KEEP YOU MOVING
Track your workout time and rest periods. Start a separate flat treadmill walk from the exercise list, pause or resume it, then finish and save.
MAKE PROGRESS YOUR OWN
Review your history and charts. Keep your next-workout references separate from your personal long-term goals. Body-weight tracking and goals are optional and can be hidden.
BACK UP THROUGH FILES
Export your notebook, import a backup or choose a folder for automatic copies while the app is open. Select a local folder or a provider available in Files, such as iCloud Drive. Cloud transfer depends on your chosen provider; this is not automatic syncing between devices. Exports are not encrypted by GYMNASIUM.
CHOOSE YOUR PREFERENCES
Use the app in French or English, with an option to prefer English exercise names. Notifications, gym-location reminders and Live Activities are optional.
GYMNASIUM contains no advertising or subscriptions. The programme and goals are training references, with no promised results or medical diagnosis.
