Food Diary for Mindful & Emotional Eating
Build a healthier relationship with food using a simple and supportive food journal, without calories, diets, or pressure.
Log meals with photos and notes. Reflect on hunger, fullness, and emotions before and after eating. This diary helps you notice patterns, understand triggers, and build awareness around binge and emotional eating.
Instead of tracking numbers, focus on how eating actually feels. Over time, your entries turn into clear insights about your habits, helping you make more mindful choices and reduce binge episodes naturally.
