Fit as logs the workout you actually did but your phone did not record, and writes it into Apple Health.
Walking, running or hiking. You enter it the way you measured it — distance and duration, or duration and pace — and the steps and distance go straight into Apple Health.
No account. No sign-up. Nothing to connect.
WHEN YOU NEED IT
• You trained at work or somewhere phones are not allowed
• You ran or hiked and left the phone behind
• Your watch or tracker died mid-session
• You worked out on a treadmill and want it in Health
WHAT IT DOES
• Log a workout: pick walking, running or hiking
• Two ways to enter it: distance + duration, or duration + pace
• Writes to Apple Health: steps and distance together
• History of everything you have logged
• Dark mode
HOW TO USE IT
1. Allow Fit as to write to Apple Health
2. Pick the activity and enter what you did
3. It is saved to Health
FREQUENTLY ASKED
Do I need an account?
No. There is no login and no sign-up.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Logging needs no internet connection.
Is it free?
Yes. You can log a workout after a short ad, or get PRO to log as many as you like with no ads.
Where does it go?
Into the Health app built into your iPhone. Any other app that reads Health can read it.
Will every app count it?
Not necessarily. Some apps only count what their own software recorded and ignore what another app wrote into Health. That is their decision, not a setting in Fit as.
Running and hiking too, or only walking?
All three. Pace and distance are yours to set, so a run is logged as a run.
How soon does it appear?
Writing to Health is immediate. Other apps that read Health refresh on their own schedule.
For recording activity you really did. Fit as does not measure anything by itself.
