Prepare for the Swiss FIDE German exam on your own phone - offline, private,
and built around the four skills the test actually scores.
WHAT IS INSIDE
• 29 modules across A1, A2 and B1, following the everyday situations FIDE draws
its tasks from: housing, public offices, health, work, shopping, transport.
• 92 practice tasks in the four exam formats — Hören, Lesen, Schreiben,
Sprechen — each with an answer key and an explanation for every question.
• 4 full mock exams, timed and scored out of 100, with a section-by-section
breakdown afterwards.
• 19 grammar topics with 152 examples and 190 drill exercises.
• 120 vocabulary entries with spaced repetition, each with an article and a
Swiss example sentence.
A SPEAKING COACH THAT RUNS ON YOUR PHONE
Record a picture-description answer and get it scored on five FIDE-style
criteria: task completion, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation and fluency. You
see a transcript with timestamps, one thing that went well, one thing to fix,
and a single focused retry.
Transcription is offline-only. The app requires Apple's on-device German model
and never falls back to a server, so your recordings and transcripts stay on
your phone. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
LISTENING THAT SOUNDS LIKE PEOPLE
Every listening task is a real recording, spoken by native German voices — a
station announcer, a receptionist, a colleague on the phone. 509 recordings
ship with the app and play straight from the device, so a train or a plane
changes nothing.
BUILT TO SHOW YOU WHAT TO DO NEXT
Your readiness is broken down by skill, your weakest area is put on top, and
the home screen turns that into three tasks for today. Set your exam date and
the plan counts down to it.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
No account, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and no server.
The app makes no network requests at all.
NOT AN OFFICIAL FIDE PRODUCT
