EngLogs is a field book for people who run their own power — rooftop arrays, batteries, chargers, and the odd generator. Not a live utility feed. A book you actually write in.
BOARD
Yesterday's yield on a mechanical register. House load, export, and the battery at lock-up. A fortnight sparkline. Open jobs and a handover strip if someone left a note this morning.
WALKAROUND
Walk the plant and mark each stop Clear, Watch, or Fault: inverter face, array from the yard, cabling, battery cabinet, charger, house board. The walk writes itself into the log. A fault can open a job.
REGISTER
Post the day's figures: produced, house load, export, import, evening battery. The board reads this book. Miss a day and today's register stays open.
PLANT
Name the site. List the kit — arrays, inverters, bricks, chargers, meters — with maker, rating, and health. The walkaround follows what you said you run.
WORK
Jobs with a due date and a priority. Swipe to mark done. Get a tap on the shoulder when something is due, if you allow it.
DESK
Tariff and currency, a CSV or readable packet for the installer or the accountant, and a way to erase the book. Nothing leaves the phone until you choose a share target.
