Ochsner Eat Fit is here to help you live your strongest, healthiest life. Our team of dietitians works closely with local Louisiana restaurants, markets and other foodservice establishments to identify and develop dishes that meet the Eat Fit nutritional criteria. These items are identified directly on restaurant menus with the Eat Fit seal of approval, making the healthy choice the easy choice when dining out. This initiative highlights nutritious choices whether you are looking to lose weight, meet fitness goals, or manage health issues including inflammatory conditions, anxiety, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and more. Download the Eat Fit mobile app to explore local restaurants, recipes, community events, and more!
