Dual NBack – Brain Training to Boost Your Memory
Dual NBack is an entertaining and challenging game designed to train your working memory. Stay motivated with daily reminders, personal goals, and global leaderboards as you sharpen your mind and compete with players around the world.
What is Dual NBack?
Dual NBack is a memory-training game that simultaneously presents audio (letters) and visual (positions) sequences. Research suggests that consistent practice with Dual NBack may improve working memory—your ability to hold and process information for short periods—along with short-term recall.
How to Play
The game begins at the default Level N=2.
You must remember the position (square) and the sound (letter) from two turns back.
When the current position or sound matches what was presented two turns ago, tap the corresponding button.
Strong performance will automatically increase your level, though you can also adjust it manually if you prefer.

Why Train Your Working Memory?
Your working memory holds information briefly (from a few seconds to minutes) so you can make decisions, perform mental calculations, or complete other cognitive tasks. Regular sessions with Dual NBack may help stimulate and enhance this mental capacity, improving focus, concentration, and overall brain agility.
