Freeze it to pause its aging and keep it fresh for later — take it out whenever you like and the aging picks up right where it left off.
Every cup gets its own record in the Brew Diary. Pour-over and espresso each get their own recipe tools, timed pour schedules for one, shot pressure and time for the other, alongside dose, ratio, and water temperature for any method. Pair a supported smart scale — Acaia, Bookoo, or Timemore — and record brews hands-free: start its timer to begin, stop it to finish, and your pours, timings, water, and yield are captured for you. Brewing a coffee you've made before pulls in your last recipe, grinder, and settings automatically, so you know where to start tweaking.
