Know whether you have permission before you publish.
ClearShot gives photographers, gyms, sports clubs and salons one place to capture signed media releases, keep them tied to each client and check whether a planned use is covered.
CAPTURE CLEAR CONSENT
- Choose the exact uses a client agrees to
- Set an expiry term and record a signature on the device
- Handle minors with guardian details captured at signing
- Give clients a PDF copy through the iOS share sheet
CHECK BEFORE YOU POST
- See active, expiring, expired and withdrawn releases
- Check a proposed use and get an allowed or denied answer with the reason
- Keep the original signed wording and details as a tamper-evident snapshot
WORK YOUR WAY
- Start from built-in release templates or write your own
- Draft wording with Apple's on-device model on supported devices, then review and edit it yourself
- Export a CSV consent register when you need a portable record
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- No account, server, sync, analytics or tracking
- Client details, release records and signatures stay in the app's local container
- Optional Face ID or device-passcode lock
- Signatures use iOS file protection
ClearShot helps organise consent records; it does not provide legal advice. Have a qualified professional review wording and processes where appropriate.
