Wristance is a work-rhythm and sitting-reminder app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It helps you notice long, uninterrupted sitting and build movement breaks into your workday.
Set your work hours, lunch break, workdays, sitting interval, and standing goal. Work and post-lunch sessions begin with sitting as the default status. Correct your status from iPhone or Apple Watch whenever needed. A 2-second confirmation period on iPhone helps prevent accidental changes.
Key features:
- Flexible work schedules, lunch breaks, sitting reminders, and standing goals
- Sitting and standing status correction on iPhone and Apple Watch
- Daily sitting time, standing time, stand breaks, and longest sitting streak
- Apple Watch themes with circular, corner, inline, and rectangular complications
- Daily report posters generated on device, with preview, share, and save
- Theme and status sync with a paired Apple Watch
One-time purchase. No subscriptions or in-app purchases. No account, ads, analytics, or developer-server upload.
Wristance does not read Apple Health or automatically detect posture. Records are based on your schedule and confirmed status changes. It does not provide medical diagnosis or advice. Themes use Apple system faces and WidgetKit complications; system-controlled elements and update timing remain under Apple's control.
