Wellcee — Find Your Place Anywhere in the World.
Wellcee, founded in 2017, is a commission-free rental and social platform dedicated to helping young people rent directly from landlords and connect with like-minded communities. For domestic users, Wellcee offers direct landlord connections, roommate matching, and sublets. For international users, Wellcee connects tenants with landlords, serving a community that spans over 170 countries.
With the Wellcee App, you can:
Rent Directly from Landlords with Zero Agent Fees
Wellcee is China's leading no-agent rental platform, covering 40+ cities including Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, and Chengdu. All listings are posted by real users — including verified sublets and direct landlord rentals - with no middlemen. Choose from shared rooms, entire apartments, short-term stays, and long-term leases.
Find Roommates Who Get You
Wellcee’s two-way matching system lets landlords and tenants choose each other, helping you find the right match — whether you’re seeking a roommate, a private rental, or a short-term stay. Recent grads, international students, or working professionals: you’ll find compatible living partners here.
Join a Global Living Community
Wellcee brings together young people from over 170 countries, making it the go-to platform for cross-border rentals and cross-cultural connections. Whether you’re a recent graduate, an international student, or a young professional, you’ll find like-minded roommates and a warm, welcoming home.
A Lifestyle Beyond Just Renting
Wellcee is more than housing - we build communities with heart. Our platform hosts an LGBTQ+ friendly community, a second-hand marketplace, pet adoption, and offline social events — because finding a home should be the beginning of something wonderful.
Our vision: To make everywhere in the world feel like home.
Nine years in, Wellcee has grown from zero into a global rental social platform connecting young people worldwide. We believe renting shouldn't just be a transaction — it should spark genuine human connection. If you spot any agent listings, feel free to report them. We are committed to keeping our community real, warm, and inclusive.
