Powered by WeatherEx WFS
WeatherEx WFS is our proprietary, MPAS-based numerical weather prediction system. It produces in-house forecast outputs, with a 3 km India configuration run four times a day and additional regional configurations for selected areas. WeatherEx also applies high-resolution downscaling to provide finer local detail where available. Forecast fields are provided at 15-minute intervals where supported.
Useful across weather-sensitive activities
WeatherEx forecasts can support planning and situational awareness for:
• Agriculture: monitor rainfall, temperature and other conditions relevant to farm operations.
• Renewable energy: follow weather patterns that affect solar and wind generation.
• Construction and infrastructure: plan weather-sensitive work and scheduling.
• Water resources: track rainfall and weather conditions relevant to catchments and operations.
• Disaster preparedness: monitor forecast conditions that may inform early planning and response.
View forecasts extending up to 16 days. Forecast range, model availability and level of detail vary by location and weather layer.
