Your cruise is more than an itinerary.
It is the first glimpse of the ship from the terminal. The view from your balcony. A meal you still talk about. A perfect sea day. A new port. A show you loved. Someone you met along the way. Hundreds of moments you do not want to forget.
Vellumi: Cruise Journal gives those moments a private place to live. Create a voyage and keep the people, places, and details that made it yours—even when ship Wi‑Fi is unavailable.
CAPTURE THE WHOLE VOYAGE
• Write journal entries for the moments you want to remember
• Add photos and videos from your library or camera
• Record private voice notes
• Remember meals, restaurants, shows, excursions, and other experiences
• Keep private notes, contact details, and a photo for people you meet
• Choose a private cover photo for each voyage
YOUR VOYAGE, DAY BY DAY
Build an itinerary around your sailing, including ports, sea days, arrival and departure times, all-aboard times, and time zones. Keep memories connected to their cruise day. Search your journal, revisit completed voyages, and rediscover favorite moments whenever you want.
PRIVATE, ON YOUR DEVICE
Vellumi encrypts your local journal and its app-managed media copies on your device. Create a device-local passcode when you begin, then enable biometric unlock on supported devices if you choose. No account is required, and core journaling works without a continuous internet connection.
Vellumi requests camera, photo-library, microphone, speech-recognition, or location access only when you choose a feature that needs it. Location is optional and can be attached to a memory as a readable place label when available.
Choose a memory to share its story text or one selected photo, video, or voice note. Share an itinerary only when you choose to. Vellumi opens your device's normal share sheet; it never posts, sends, or uploads your journal automatically. Review the selected text or attachment before sharing: the destination you choose handles it under its own privacy practices, and media may retain metadata from its original file.
OPTIONAL LIVE SHIP TRACKING
If you add a valid ship IMO number, Track My Ship Live can open the corresponding public CruiseMapper page. Live tracking needs an internet connection. CruiseMapper is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with Vellumi.
Your voyage deserves more than a camera roll.
Remember what it felt like to be there.
