Twenty is a minimalist timer built for regular screen breaks and simple focus routines.
Start a focus session and get back to what you were doing — reading, studying, coding, browsing, or working. Twenty keeps track of the time and reminds you when it’s time to look away, take a short break, or begin again.
20-20-20, made simple
The 20-20-20 rule is a commonly recommended screen-break habit: about every 20 minutes, look at something around 20 feet away for about 20 seconds. Twenty makes that routine easier to remember.
Make the timing yours
• Customize your focus duration
• Customize short and long breaks
