Nine real Tibetan singing bowls, recorded one by one: the seven chakra bowls from Root to Crown. Tap the large bowl to strike it, or let a whole sequence play while you sit, breathe and listen.
CREATE YOUR OWN MEDITATION
• Choose which bowls to use and drag them into your own order
• Set the pause between the bowls: 30 seconds, 1, 2 or 5 minutes
• End with tingsha bells, and add calm forest sounds in the background if you like
• Save it as a preset and start it again with one tap
QUICK START
Start the full chakra sequence for 5, 10 or 20 minutes without setting anything up.
KEEPS PLAYING WHEN THE SCREEN IS LOCKED
The sequence keeps going with the phone locked or in your pocket. Pause, skip or go back from the lock screen, Control Center or your headphones.
APPLE HEALTH
Turn on "Log to Apple Health" and each session is saved as Mindful Minutes. The app only writes to Health; it never reads your health data.
SEE YOUR PRACTICE
After each session you see how many sessions and minutes you have had this week.
For the best experience, use headphones.
