Sharing works like a group plan: one person subscribes and invites the others, and everyone they invite joins at no cost. Every sharing plan includes Stats and Trends for as long as it is active, so there is no reason to buy both. Prices are shown in the app before you buy anything.
A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel yours in Settings, Apple Account, Subscriptions.
