Standly is a standing desk timer and reminder that helps you follow a simple routine during the workday. Set your schedule, choose your durations, and get gentle reminders to stand up, sit, walk, stretch, and take long breaks. It works well for adjustable desks and sit stand desks, and it is useful if you want to reduce sedentary time during desk work.
