Measure, stress relieve, recheck
Recheck Desk compares two saved tension passes for the same wheel. See side means, variation and the largest corresponding-spoke changes, then share a frozen CSV text report.
• Save at least two readings on each side in two passes for the same wheel.
• Open Tension → Recheck Desk. Select Before and After and confirm the same valve reference, numbering direction, meter and calibration.
• Compare the passes and share the report. Start an empty recheck pass to measure again without copying readings.
Matching positive readings and equal per-side counts are required. Equal counts do not prove positional alignment. Raw meter readings are not force units. Changes and lower variation do not establish safe tension, dish or runout; no tightening turns are prescribed.
Spoketrue is a private bicycle wheel-build desk for spoke geometry, measured tension, truing checkpoints, and service history.
Calculate left and right spoke length from rim and hub dimensions, keep component and lacing records, enter your own manufacturer target and calibrated meter readings, visualize side variation and balance, track dish, lateral, and radial checkpoints, and export a local build card.
KEY FEATURES
- Left and right spoke-length geometry
- User-entered target and tension-reading log
- Side balance and variation visualization
- Rim, hub, spoke, lacing, truing, and service records
- Searchable 90-plate offline wheel guide
- Local PDF build card
- No account, ads, analytics, tracking, subscription, or network requirement
Spoketrue does not prescribe safe tension or certify a wheel. Verify dimensions, calculations, calibration, component limits, and the finished build with authoritative sources.
