SomaGlow is a gentle, trauma-informed somatic practice app designed to help your nervous system settle through body-based awareness, movement, and self-soothing exercises.
Many people carry stress, overwhelm, or past experiences not just in their minds, but also in their bodies. SomaGlow offers a calm, supportive space to reconnect with physical sensations and restore a sense of safety — without forcing relaxation or pushing emotions away.
Unlike traditional meditation apps that focus primarily on thinking or breath control, SomaGlow works through the body. Practices are designed to be optional, slow, and adaptable, supporting nervous-system regulation at your own pace.
SomaGlow includes:
Grounding exercises for present-moment safety
Somatic shaking to gently release stored tension
Sensation diffusion for easing physical discomfort
Walking meditation for mindful movement
Butterfly Hug for gentle self-soothing and bilateral rhythm
Body scan practices to build body awareness without judgment
SomaGlow is designed for people experiencing stress, anxiety, chronic tension, emotional overwhelm, or those exploring trauma-informed, body-based approaches to regulation and self-connection.
SomaGlow offers free grounding tools. Advanced somatic practices require a paid subscription.
Practices are gentle and non-invasive. SomaGlow is not a medical or therapeutic replacement, but a supportive tool to help you feel more at home in your body.
