Stop paying monthly recurring fees just to export a basic site report. Welcome to Site Visit Assistant—the modern, lightning-fast field utility built exclusively for independent contractors, residential builders, property inspectors, and field engineers who need professional deliverables without the premium SaaS price tag.
Whether you are conducting a post-tenant real estate handover, documenting a mid-build wet-room waterproofing layer, or auditing a commercial structural engineering site, Site Visit Assistant gives you a secure, digital paper trail right from your pocket.
THE ANTI-SUBSCRIPTION PRO PROMISE
Heavy enterprise field apps charge anywhere from $20 to $60 every single month, locking your own data behind a corporate paywall. Site Visit Assistant breaks the cycle. One tiny upfront purchase unlocks full premium features forever. No gated features, no export limits, no surprise in-app paywalls mid-report.
KEY PLATFORM FEATURES
- Organize by Project: Clean, logical architecture lets you group your site assets seamlessly by client, property, or construction zone.
- Track Historical Milestones: Log sequential, dated visits over time under a single project baseline to track progress and protect against liability.
- Rich Multi-Modal Entries: Ditch the messy paper notebooks. Bundle structured text notes, annotated photos, and precise geo-data into clean, unified digital cards.
- On-Site Photo Markup: Snap crisp defect photos inline and use native drawing tools to sketch, circle, or arrow structural issues instantly.
- Precision Geo-Tagging: Automatically embed exact GPS coordinates, interactive mini-maps, and device compass orientations (0–360) to prove structural aspects.
NEW IN VERSION 1.1: BRANDING & AUTHORIZATION
- Professional Custom Letterheads: Go to your profile settings, input your business name, and upload your company logo. The app automatically builds a beautifully formatted, white-label letterhead at the top of every generated document.
- Secure Touch Sign-Offs: Gather multiple cursive touch signatures right on your iPhone screen (e.g., Lead Inspector and Client Sign-offs). Signatures embed seamlessly with live timestamps on the final page of your report.
- Tamper-Proof Finalisation: Hit "Finalise & Share" to completely lock your visit log from post-survey modifications, creating an unalterable, legally-minded archive before you even walk off the job site.
PRIVACY-FIRST & 100% OFFLINE
