The schedule is written by the employer, and so is the pay stub. Shift Pay Calculator is the copy you keep — your shifts, your hours, and what they should add up to by payday.
Log a shift in a few taps, or set a repeating pattern once and let the weeks fill themselves in. Unpaid breaks come off, and the running total for the pay period sits on the home screen.
Different work is paid differently, so rates are yours to set: a base rate, and any higher rates for nights, weekends or overtime, applied by the rules you enter. Several jobs can sit side by side, each with its own rates and its own pay period.
Night shifts that run past midnight are handled properly. A 22:00–06:00 shift falls on two calendar dates, and the app still works out the right day and the right rate for each part of it.
When the pay stub arrives, compare it against the shifts you recorded. A missing shift or a mis-applied rate is easy to raise while you still remember the day it happened, and hard to reconstruct months later.
WHAT YOU GET
• Fast shift entry, with repeating weekly patterns
• Unpaid breaks deducted automatically
• Your own rates for base, night, weekend and overtime
• Several workplaces side by side, each with its own pay period
• Running totals for the current period on the home screen
• Overnight shifts split correctly across two dates
One purchase, no subscription. Your shifts stay on your device. No employer account, no sign-in, and nothing shared with anyone.
Pay rules differ in every province and workplace, and this app applies only the rates and rules you type in. It works out what your own figures come to, which makes it a record to check a pay stub against — not payroll software, and not advice about what you are owed.
