In order to achieve your goals, you must first believe that you can and envision them as a reality. Positive affirmations are a fundamental part of that process. Sometimes, it can feel like we aren’t deserving of kind words. However, statements of self-affirmation and self-compassion are crucial for building better relationships with ourselves, as well as developing a clear-eyed understanding of ourselves and our connections to others.
Incorporating an affirmations practice into your daily routine can help you break spirals of self-limiting thoughts. This has the potential to alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety, as well as to build up greater self-esteem and self-compassion.
