SayRay puts the words on the screen while people talk.
Tap Record and the words show up as they are said, in big bold type. Tap to make them bigger. Scroll back to read what you missed. Tap Stop and it is saved.
I made SayRay for my friend Chuck. When he started living with dementia, he loved watching the words show up on the screen as we talked. He could scroll back and remember what was said. That is still what this app is for: seeing the words while people talk, for anyone who needs them.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your iPhone turns the talking into words. The sound never leaves it.
• On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, a tidied-up copy of the words appears next to the original. You always keep the original.
• Your saved notes go to your other iPhones through your own iCloud. No server, no account, no tracking.
MADE TO LAST
• Play a note back and watch each word light up as it is spoken.
• Copy or share any note.
• Works with no internet after a one-time download.
• Light or dark, and text as big as your iPhone can make it.
BUY IT ONCE
SayRay is a one-time purchase. No subscription, nothing else to buy. I want it to earn its place on your phone for years.
ABOUT ME
I'm Ray Fernando, an engineer building on my own now. I build live and share the whole journey as I go. I care about the details, and SayRay is built to show it.
If SayRay helps you or someone you love, a review and your story would mean a lot to me.
