Rukus+ is your new daily guitar trainer. Just chords coming at you.
Rukus+ is simply the ad-free version. No added features (remember the no paywall thing?)
You’ve got three ways to play:
Curated Decks – chaos
(chords organized by difficulty or style, then shuffled at random)
Playlist – order
(build progressions and practice them in sequence, like a song)
Custom – a bit of both
(hand-pick your chords, then shuffle for variety)
Chords flash at random to sharpen reflexes, train muscle memory, and build real fretboard fluency. Stay on beat with a built in metronome.
Whether you’re warming up, leveling up, or zoning out, Rukus+ meets you where you’re at.
New? Dare to suck.
Seasoned? Find a new rhythm. Write a new song.
Whatever your level—pick it up.

This app was built between breastfeeding sessions, baby naps, and with lots of love. I originally designed this for my own daily use brush up on my practice because I forgot most of what I memorized while pregnant.
As you may know, there are many variations per chord. I simplified it to one or two of the most common chords I could find. Since I’m new to both guitar playing and app development, I'm open to feedback. I built the thing, so, if you catch an error... please email me.
I hope Rukus helps you learn.
And if you’re already learned, I hope it helps you create, or teach.
Thanks for being here.
