RPEForge is a strength training log built around one idea: your next set shouldn't be guesswork.
Instead of fixed percentages or generic progression schemes, RPEForge uses RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) — how hard a set actually felt — to adjust what you lift next. Log an easy set, and your next target pushes harder. Grind through a hard one, and it backs off. No spreadsheets, no manual math.
LOG SETS YOUR WAY
Tap a set's number to mark it a warm-up, drop set, or rest-pause set — warm-ups won't skew your PRs or targets. Every row shows what you lifted last time, right there, so you always know what to aim for.
REST, HANDLED
A rest timer starts automatically after every set, right in the workout screen — no separate popup. Adjustable, skippable, and shown on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
NEVER MISS A PR
Every all-time best gets its own celebration the moment you log it. Achievements track your consistency and progress automatically.
PLAN YOUR TRAINING
Build multi-day routines, plan mesocycles, and track body measurements and progress photos alongside your lifts.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your training data lives on your device. No ads, no analytics, no data brokers — just your numbers.
