Resolve won't numb you. It trains you to sit with it.
Built by the tattooers at Authentink Sydney, Resolve is a simple breathing system that gets your head and body ready for a big tattoo session — and carries you through it.
BEFORE YOUR TATTOO — PAIN PREP
A guided 10-15 minute breathwork session: three rounds of strong breathing and breath holds, done daily in the 2-3 weeks before your appointment. Anchor a plan to your tattoo date, or freestyle. Male or female voice guidance — or none.
IN THE CHAIR
One bubble, one word. Box, sigh, or slow breathing with audio that holds its rhythm even with the screen locked and the phone in your pocket.
YOUR VOICE
Record your own affirmations and the app plays them back on your exhales, in the chair. Your conviction, in your own voice.
VISUALISE
Short guided visualisations to set your head right — including The Day Before, for the night before you sit.
Everything stays on your phone. No account, no ads, no tracking, works fully offline.
Breath holds are involved: always seated, never while driving or in water. Full safety guidance is built into the app.
