Backed by 12,000 women. Built by women who've been there. RESET is the app that finally understands what women need to change their drinking, hormones, cravings, emotions and all.
This is not a clinical app. Not a 12-step program. Not a one-size-fits-all tool built with men in mind. RESET is a warm, judgment-free daily companion created by women's wellness coaches who have lived this journey themselves, and who know exactly what it feels like to question your relationship with alcohol. It’s everything they needed when they changed their drinking and the tools that ACTUALLY work.
Whether you're taking a break, exploring sober curiosity, or committing to an alcohol free life, RESET meets you exactly where you are. No shame. No pressure. Just real support, whenever you need it, right in your pocket.
