EAT & DRINK LIKE A LOCAL, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!
Raisin is your guide to discovering artisanal, seasonal, local, and often organic cuisine, prepared by handpicked chefs at restaurants that serve at least 30% natural wine.
Whether you are looking for a hidden wine bar in Tokyo, a farm-to-table restaurant in Paris, or a natural wine fair in New York, Raisin helps you discover places where taste, craftsmanship, and authenticity still matter. Natural wine is at the heart of everything we do. Made from organic grapes, with minimal intervention and sometimes just a little sulfur, natural wine is one of the best indicators of honesty and quality.
More than a wine app, Raisin is a cultural and gastronomic guide built around the people who grow, cook, ferment, and share things with care.
WHY IS RAISIN DIFFERENT?
Traditional gastronomic guides and rating systems based on stars, scores, and rankings aren’t enough to identify the best bars, wine cellars, restaurants, and accommodations. At Raisin, every recommendation is manually verified by our team following a rigorous selection process. To be listed, an establishment must offer at least 30% natural wines. This is our key criterion for identifying places that support independent winemakers, seasonal cuisine, local sourcing, and a genuine commitment to craft. On Raisin, you follow taste, not ratings.
