No sign-ups. No subscriptions. No clutter. Just open the app, log your reps, and get on with your day.
SET A DAILY GOAL
Choose from presets (50, 100, 150, 200) or set a custom target. Your progress bar turns green when you hit your goal.
QUICK-ADD BUTTONS
Log pushups instantly with +10, +20, or +50 buttons, or use the +/- controls for single rep adjustments.
3-WEEK HISTORY
See your daily totals at a glance with a simple bar chart. Track your consistency across the past three weeks.
APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION
Every set you log is automatically written to Apple Health as a strength training workout. Your fitness data stays in one place.
HOME SCREEN & LOCK SCREEN WIDGETS
Check your daily progress without opening the app. Small, medium, and lock screen widget sizes available.
REMINDERS
Set customizable reminders throughout the day so you never forget a set. Choose your frequency and active hours.
