'Pose & Tracking' is an app that can visualize posture and the trajectories of specified body parts from a video.
It not only visualizes overall posture but also allows you to track the movement of hands, feet, head, and the body's center of gravity, capturing motion details more precisely.
By visualizing posture and body part trajectories, this app can help improve sports performance and rehabilitation exercises.
Whether it's basketball, darts, golf, athletics, strength training, baseball, soccer, Mölkky, or other activities, it allows for simple visualization of posture and movement, making it useful for motion analysis and form improvement.
It is helpful not only for athletes themselves but also for coaches, managers, and instructors who guide movement and technique.
Beyond sports, it can also assist in rehabilitation, such as observing gait and supporting movement assessment.
Additionally, this app does not require cumbersome membership registration or login, allowing you to start visualizing posture immediately after installation.
There is no limit to the number of video analyses, so it can be used repeatedly as needed.
