A Polish firearms licence starts with an exam in front of a commission at the voivodeship police headquarters. 20 questions, three options each, 30 minutes. You need 18 correct, so you are allowed to be wrong twice. Fail and you pay again and wait for another date.
This app prepares you for that exam. The official questions, a textbook for every section, and tests in the exam format, in one app, with no account and no ads.
Quick test
20 random questions from across all five sections. The same count as the real exam, without the clock.
Big test
40 questions, twice the exam. A longer session, no time pressure.
Timed test
20 questions in 30 minutes, the way the real exam runs. 18 or more is a pass.
Practice one section
Pick one of the five and drill it until it sticks. Your score sits next to it, so you can see where the work still needs to go.
Mistakes to redo
The app remembers what you got wrong and brings it back later. Study goes where it is needed, not where you are already fine.
Question of the day
One question a day. Short revision you can keep up alongside work.
Textbook
Twelve chapters written for Polish law, not translated from anywhere. The whole process: the types of permit and what each one requires, what gets filed at the administrative proceedings department of the voivodeship headquarters, known as the WPA, how the written and practical parts run, what it costs and how long it takes. Read it without being tested.
On every question
The correct answer, the provision it comes from, and an explanation in plain words. Feedback after every question, or held to the end the way the real exam goes.
The five sections
A: concepts and definitions
B: permits and registration
C: conditions, revocation, storage
D: transport, borders, shooting ranges
E: criminal liability
Where the questions come from
The official set published by the Prevention Bureau of the National Police Headquarters, the same set 16 of the 17 voivodeship headquarters republish. The police publish the questions without an answer key. Each question here shows the provision the answer is derived from, usually the act, and for some questions the 2023 regulation, the range rules or the Criminal Code. Every answer can be checked at its source. That is more honest than handing you a bare answer and asking you to trust it.
This is a study aid. It is not an app of the police or of any government office.
Legal basis
The Act of 21 May 1999 on firearms and ammunition, the Ministry of the Interior regulation of 28 July 2023 on the exam, and the Criminal Code on self defence and firearms offences.
The app itself is in Polish, because the exam is in Polish and the wording of the questions is what you have to recognise on the day.
