Read what a pitcher is about to throw, using real game data.
Call the zone and the pitch type. Every call is recorded, so over time you can see exactly which locations and which counts you misread.
■ Replay a real inning
Pick any inning from the charted games and work through it pitch by pitch, following the score, the batters and every pitching change.
■ Scouting Notebook
Your calls become accuracy by zone, by pitch type and by count. The weakest pattern is identified for you, and a five-at-bat drill built only from real at-bats containing that pattern starts in one tap.
■ Pitcher tendencies
Arsenal, average velocity, location bias and count splits for every charted pitcher, available before you step in.
■ How this differs from the Apple Watch app
The Apple Watch app is a one-pitch game for a spare moment. This is the longer form: keep a record, analyse the pattern, and drill what you get wrong.
Game Center leaderboards supported.
