PeakRep is a fast, private strength tracker built around one powerful idea: the RM-Equivalent.
Instead of guessing whether 5×100kg beats 8×85kg, PeakRep converts every set into a single comparable strength number — your RepMax-Eq — so you always know if you're actually getting stronger.
BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU TRAIN
• Build routines with 40+ built-in exercises, or add your own custom exercises for Chest, Arms, Back, Legs, Shoulders and Core.
• Start a workout in one tap and log sets with a purpose-built number pad
• See your live RM-Eq update as you lift, and know the moment you hit a new PR
SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• A per-exercise RM-Eq trend chart with a 30-day moving average
• A month calendar coloured by the muscle groups you trained
• Weekly volume, streaks, and time-trained at a glance
• Tap any day to revisit that session in full
